HTML reports

Ask an agent for a standalone, downloadable HTML report, dashboard, or chart-and-table document. Enable HTML report on Ordify Default in Edit Agent → Integrations. You do not connect a third-party account or complete OAuth.

What you can do

  • Create HTML reports, dashboards, and visualizations with real data — not placeholders
  • Include charts and tables in a self-contained HTML file you can download and share

How it works

  1. Enable Ordify Default on the agent.
  2. Tick HTML report.
  3. Ask explicitly for an HTML report or dashboard.
  4. The agent returns a standalone HTML file you can download.

Ordinary chat answers do not use this tool. You need to ask for it.

Getting started

  1. Find the agent in your Library or sidebar and click Edit.
  2. Open the Integrations tab.
  3. Under Apps, tick Ordify Default. It is marked Built-in — there is no connect step.
  4. On the right, tick HTML report.
  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. In chat, ask explicitly — for example, "generate an HTML report" or "create an HTML dashboard."

Example

Scenario: Operations wants a one-page status dashboard for this week's capacity numbers.

  1. Enable HTML report on the agent.
  2. Ask: "Create an HTML dashboard of this week's capacity by team, with a chart and a table. Use the figures I just pasted — no placeholders."
  3. Download the HTML file from the reply and open it in a browser.

Use cases

  • Operations: A weekly capacity dashboard with a chart and a table, ready to share as a single HTML file.
  • Marketing: An HTML one-pager that presents campaign results without switching tools.
  • Leadership: A chart-and-table status report the team can open locally.
