Library
The Library is your central hub for managing and discovering all of your multi-agent jobs and agents. It provides access to both public templates for inspiration and your private, user-controlled resources.
Overview
The Library organizes your AI resources into two main sections:
- Public Library: Browse public jobs, agents, and skills created by the community. Use these as inspiration and templates for your own workflows.
- My Library: Manage your personal jobs, agents, skills, favorites, and archived items. These are resources you control and can customize.

What's in the Library
Agents
The Library houses all of your AI agents—both public templates and your personal agents. You can:
- Browse and search through available agents
- Create new agents using the + New Agent button
- Organize and manage your personal agent collection
- Explore public agents for inspiration

Jobs
Jobs are multi-agent workflows that can have multiple agents working together to accomplish specific goals. In the Library, jobs are organized by Departments for easy navigation and discovery.
How Jobs Work:
Jobs are autonomous workflows where you provide predefined input, and the system runs the workflow automatically. Multiple agents collaborate within a job to:
- Break down complex tasks into manageable steps
- Assign specialized agents to different parts of the workflow
- Work together to accomplish the overall goal
- Complete the entire process autonomously
For example, a research job might involve a "Researcher Agent" gathering information, a "Writer Agent" drafting content, and a "Reviewer Agent" checking quality—all working together without manual intervention.
See the Jobs documentation for detailed information about creating and managing multi-agent workflows.
Public vs. Private
Public Library
The Public Library contains:
- Public Jobs: Pre-built multi-agent workflows you can use as templates or run directly
- Public Agents: Community-created agents available for inspiration and use
- Public Skills: Reusable capabilities shared by the community
These public resources serve as:
- Templates: Starting points for your own custom workflows
- Inspiration: Examples of what's possible with Ordify
- Ready-to-use Solutions: Pre-built workflows you can run immediately

You have full control over your personal library—create, edit, delete, and organize resources as needed.
Organization by Departments

- Administrative: Jobs for administrative tasks, email management, and office workflows
- IT: Technology-focused jobs for security, analysis, and system management
- Operations: Operational workflows for business processes and efficiency
